Travel is about creating positive memories. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of bullying or harassment directed at members of the Fenix Adventure community, including travellers and team members.

Speak Up, We’re Here to Help
If you ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe due to someone's behaviour, please speak to your Chaperone. They are your first point of contact and will address the situation promptly and confidentially.

Our commitment to your support extends well beyond your journey.
